My Superhero

This kid has completely stolen my heart.

After rummaging through tons of photos I have come to the conclusion that over 70% of photos ever taken of this child are photos of him dressed up as some sort of superhero!!
He has been in “character” since he was able to walk.
I suppose that is why his blog name “Superhero” fits him so well!

So without further ado, here are some of my favorite Superhero moments....

Batman & Spiderman combined???!!
Really, is there anything better than that???!!

Check out the seriousness of that photo.
The bad guys just don't stand a chance.
Clowning around with his lil' brother.  At least once a day, I know that I will catch this little guy dressed up as something or someone.
With a quick change of clothes, he will instantly become a superhero ready for adventure.
His imagination and personality amaze me.
He is, after all, my Superhero.

~No Mom Allowed~

Last night the Superhero and Priness made a “Club” in the Princessess bed. They did a wonderful job decorating it and hanging up the blankets to make it very secretive.

Princess told her Father and me that No Girls were allowed in the club. I asked how she could be in the club, since after all, she is a girl. She simply replied, I’m not a gir Mommy, I’m a Princess!” Ohhh, now I understood. She also informed us that a Dad and Mom could be apart of the club and that no babies are allowed, which means no Monkey.

While we were having this conversation, The Princess Matt and me, the Superhero was fast asleep in the club.

I pulled the covers down for bedtime and basically destroyed the club….I was told by Princess that I am no longer allowed in the Club. I have lost all privileges. “No Mom Allowed” per the Princess.

Even this morning after sleeping all night, she still remembered and was not happy with me. Maybe I can make it up to her today and regain my rights to enter the "club".

~Going to the Chapel~

Like most little girls, my Princess has wanted to grow up and marry her Daddy.Maggie has also talked of marrying her big brother, Mr. Superhero.
That all changed today though. Today the Princess informed us that on Monday, when she returns to preschool, she will be telling a little boy named "Cooper" that they are getting married. Wow, talk about a woman that knows what she wants!

Princess first met Copper last year in preschool and she has adored him ever since. They would make an adorable couple; the only problem is that they are 3 years old!

She’ll talk about the ring she is going to get, the pretty dress she will wear and of course there will be dancing.
I can just imagine what a beautiful bride she will make someday.
But for now, she is still Daddy's little girl.
