Playdate with a Monkey

Today I had a very special play date with my Monkey.
We went to Pump It Up while the Princess and Superhero were at school.

I wasn’t there to socialize with other Mothers ~ I was only there to play with my lil’ guy.
There was a lot of giggling and running and jumping.
We had so much fun together.
I love being able to spend one-on-one time with each of my children.

As you can see, the Monkey was sad when it was time to head home.

Heh - I like the part about not going to socialize with the moms. Screw them . . . . they're like Yoga Mom from my blog!

Glad you had fun!

It's nice to have that alone-time with one of your kids once in a while, isn't it?

That cutie - I bet he took a long nap after all that bouncing!

Now that sounds like the perfect date! How special for both of you. It makes a huge difference when you can completely focus on your child.

AND...I hate to post this in your comments but I can't find an email address for you. We're doing our mid-week check-in today. AND...it includes a contest with an actual prize. Come on by. Hey there!

We're doing a mid-week check-in for those participating in the Let's Get Fit challenge. We're having a contest of sorts with a prize! Yee-haw :) Come on by...http://sistersofadifferentorder.blogspot.com/2008/04/early-8-week-check-in.html

Hi Kendra! Sorry you had trouble with my e-mail address. I don't know what's wrong. Just hop on over to Home Fires whenever you wanna reach me.

I just wanted to say thank you for letting post your tribute to the troops on my blog. I just put it up. It's on my "political" blog, PoorGrrl Zone, not Home Fires. Just click on it in the Seane-Anna-gans section on HF to see it. Thanks again!

What a cutie. And you score 10 extra points for being anti-social! It's so much more fun without that required witty banter.
